Today, Mr. Nych unveiled the website for LCCTC Conservation Club. Nych covered the basics of submitting, but if we need a refresher, here they are:

Send media content to my LCCTC email account - rnych@lcvt.tec.pa.us

Include information of who is in photo, who took photo, where, when, what, why, and how (type of info).

Make sure the image is respectful, tasteful, and legal. I mean that in all senses - School Appropriate and from a Pennsylvania Sportsman/Conservation standpoint. (If not I may need to report to office or authorities!)

Try not to include gore; I understand that hunting can sometimes be messy work, but try to edit your picture's mess so that I don't have to.

If you include a hunting story and images, I will credit you with the author of a blog post.

Logo Designs and Best-of-Pics will make it to the homepage.

This is still a work-in-progress, so additional rules may be added.

The second big activity, Mr. Petronelis went over the basics of field dressing a deer. An important skill that many of our members wanted to know. Petronelis had wonderful advice, experience, and personal anecdotes. If you missed this topic, but still wish to know about the basics, Mr. Petronelis has offered several links in order for you to feel comfortable this last archery weekend, this upcoming rifle season, and all hunting future to come. Just click on the link and it should open in a new window.

MeatEater YouTube prompts a signin as they feel an age limit is required

Havalon Knives - Mr. Petronelus's favorite and a real time saver.
